We created iMemsy to help you easily manage daily tasks and stay on track with your medications. It’s more than an organizer — it’s your step toward better well-being and focus.
With iMemsy, you can:
- set medication reminders;
- plan your day and manage tasks;
- simplify routines with AI.
Just tell the AI what you need — for example, “Take Citramon at 5 PM” — and the app will create a reminder automatically. Fast, easy, no extra setup!
Create a task that fits your needs
In iMemsy, you can create two types of tasks:
Basic task
For everything you don’t want to forget:
- work and home tasks
- meetings, shopping, calls
- personal reminders, birthdays
Add a title, time, repeat, and category — and get reminders right on time.
Medicine task
To support your health:
- medication and vitamins
Add the name, dosage, form, frequency, and reminder — iMemsy will take care of the rest and notify you on time.

Create a Basic Task
Step 1. Add a task
Tap the “+” button in the bottom right corner and select Basic Task to add a task — for example, a meeting, reminder, or any personal task.
Step 2. Name your task
Enter a clear, short title.
Examples: Call the doctor, Write report, Birthday.
Step 3. Add details
Describe what the task is about so you don’t miss anything important.
Examples: Confirm medication schedule with the doctor, Prepare report for manager meeting, Call client to approve changes.
Step 4. Set a reminde

Turn push notifications on or off using the toggle.

Choose how often you want reminders — once, daily, or on specific weekdays.

Set the start date and time.

Set the duration — how many days or weeks you want to receive reminders.
Step 5. Add a tag to manage tasks easily
Create a new tag or choose an existing one — it works like a category to help you track tasks.
Pick a tag color — brighten up your board and make task management clear and simple!

Create Task (Medicine)
Step 1. Create a medical task
Tap the «+» button in the bottom right corner and select Medication Administration to add a medication reminder.
Step 2. Find and select a medication
Start typing the medication name in the search bar — or use the voice assistant (icon on the right).
Step 3. Choose the medication form
Select the form: tablet, drops, powder, or other.
Step 4. Set up the reminder

Choose how often to take the medication — once, daily, twice a day, or as needed;

Set the treatment duration;
Notifications will be sent automatically based on your settings.

Edit Task
To update task details

On the main screen or in the «Calendar» section, tap the task you want to edit;

Modify the title, description, reminder, and notifications as you prefer;

After making changes, tap «Save»;
This way, you can easily adjust the task to fit your updated plans.

Create Subtask
You can create multiple subtasks with different reminders — perfect for tasks with several steps:

on the main screen, tap the task you’ve already created;

in the menu, select “Add Subtask”;

enter the title, description, reminder, and set notifications as you prefer;
All subtasks will be shown inside the main task, so nothing gets missed.

Mark Task as Completed
To mark a task as “done”

Check the box next to its name on the main screen;

Or open the task and tap “Done” or “Skip”;
Note: The “Skip” option is only available for medical tasks.
This helps you keep track of your tasks and monitor your progress!

Notification Settings (Push)
Tap the gear icon in the bottom right corner to open Settings.
Notification Settings > Reminders

set how early you want to receive a reminder before an event.
Notification Settings > Method

choose the device to receive notifications on.
Notification Settings > Sound

select the sound that will play with your notifications.
This lets you get timely reminders with your chosen sound on the right device.

Morning & Evening Summary Settings (Push)
Tap the gear icon in the bottom right to open Settings.
Settings > Morning Reports

to get reminders about your upcoming tasks for the day, turn on “Morning Summary” by sliding the toggle to the right;

choose the time you want to receive your daily plan.
Settings > Evening Reports

to receive a summary of completed tasks, turn on Evening Summary by sliding the toggle to the right;

select the time you want to get your task completion report.

Reports
On the main screen, tap your avatar and go to My Profile > Reports.
Here you can see summaries of completed and missed tasks for the day and week.
This helps you track your productivity and adjust your plans as needed.

Task Search & Filter
Search Tasks
On the main screen, type the task name in the top search bar to quickly find what you need.
Filter by Tags and Status
Tap the filter icon next to the search bar to filter tasks by tags or by active/completed status.
Search and filters help you quickly find and organize tasks based on your current needs.

Add Comments and Files
In tasks, you can leave comments and attach files or photos using the paperclip icon next to the input field.

Choose Color Theme
Tap the gear icon in the bottom right to open Settings, then select “Color Theme”.
Choose your preferred app color scheme.
This feature is available in the paid version and helps make the interface more comfortable and attractive.

Language Settings
Tap the gear icon in the bottom right to open Settings, then choose your preferred interface language from the “Language” section.

Sound Settings
Tap the gear icon in the bottom right to open Settings. In the “Sound” section, you can turn sound notifications on or off.
