Which platform are you having issues with?
Please let us know where exactly you noticed the problem:
— Android
If the issue occurred on an Android device, please provide the following details:
– Android version (e.g. 12.0)
– Device model (e.g. Samsung Galaxy A52)
– App version (you can find it under Profile → About the App)
— iOS
If you’re using an iPhone or iPad:
– Specify the device model and iOS version
– Check if the app is updated to the latest version
– Describe which screen the issue occurred on
— Tablet (Android/iPad)
If you’re using a tablet:
– Specify the device model (e.g. iPad 9th Gen, Xiaomi Pad 6)
– Mention the OS (iOS / Android) and its version
– Describe the issue in detail: when it happens, on which screen, and how to reproduce it
